PROCESS

  • discuss details with me first. Send references. Pictures are preffered but if not possible, write descriptions in bullet form.

  • If I confirm I can take your order, Pay upfront or a 70% downpayment to whichever platform you choose from my payment options as I give the details. Payment in USD.

  • Turnaround time is usually 1-5 weeks, Depending on my workload. I will update you regularly of my progress.

  • I will send over a sketch before I render your order. If you want anything changed or adjusted, let me know before confirming it is ok to move on.

  • Once you are okay with the final output, I will send the files over in a zip file through a chosen email and/or your paypal email.

WON'T DRAW:

  • complicated creatures (feel free to ask if you are unsure)

  • big muscles

  • derogatory caricatures

  • mecha/robots

PLEASE NOTE:

  • designs with too many details may be simplified

  • If you're looking for a specific artsyle of mine, you can let me know. If you want me to replicate an artstyle, take note that there are some style I cannot do. Feel free to ask me if I could.

  • I can only do one drawing at a time. So I go by a first come, first serve basis.

COMMISSION RULES

  • I retain the rights over any commissioned work.

  • the prices listed on my social media sites are for personal and non-commercial commissions. Commercial commissions follow different rates. See section below.

  • Refunds/cancellation of orders is not allowed after you confirm the sketch is ok to render.

  • I have the right to decline your request if there is a breach in our terms.

  • I have the right to include your commissioned piece/s in my portfolio or post it on social media.

  • you are not allowed to paint over / heavily edit the commissioned work.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO:

  • ask for updates anytime

  • ask for changes/adjustments on sketch phases. You can also ask for minor changes/adjustments after the rendering phase

  • post your commissioned piece/s to social media sites

  • use your commissioned piece/s for personal use / promotion. As long as my artwork is not the main and direct income source. (examples: youtube thumbnails, stream overlays)

  • ask me to not disclose your identity when posting your commissioned piece.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial usage applies only if the commissioned piece will be a direct and main source of income. These include:

  • physical merchandise meant to be sold / distributed for profit.

  • Reproducing and selling the artwork

Commercial usage fees is 100% of the original price.Credit is required when using the work in any form commercially.

Clients are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of the commissioned work in any block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or fed to an AI Algorithm. Using any commissioned work is also strictly prohibited from use in any advertising or profits associated with the aforementioned.
